Sales Manager Position

Qualifications:

  • Competitive outlook and motivated to develop and lead a team
  • Able to work on projects independently while supporting team enterprises
  • Provide team training for promoting WeatherTek’s products and services throughout local neighborhoods to generate new leads
  • Possess the capacity and comfort level to climb ladders and walk on roofs to execute thorough inspections
  • Access to reliable and adequate transportation
  • Oversee sales location training and online company meetings
  • Minimum of 3 years sales experience with a solid sales record
  • Experience with job site management and has a keen eye for detail
  • Fundamental understanding of construction installation and projects
  • Customer relationship management (CRM) software experience

Job Duties/Expectations

  • Provides efficient responses to incoming leads and team inquiries
  • Responsible for helping to improve lead generation through multiple means
  • Ensures team executes the WeatherTek Way procedures to follow up with all leads and potential customers in a timely fashion
  • Completes daily software reporting and new customer entry for all related activities
  • Manages sales team tasks and can assist at any time if needed
  • Communicates well with current clients and prospective customers
