We are seeking to add personable and motivated Sales Reps to our team. We would prefer reps that have prior experience in our industry, but we are willing to train people with the right drive and personality. This position requires in-home presentations, climbing on roofs, performing roof and attic inspections, and working with insurance claims. If you enjoy working with homeowners, conducting inspections, and making great money in the process!

Responsibilities Include:

  • Competitive attitude with a personal drive to earn commissions
  • Ability to work successfully as part of a team as well as independently Must be willing to generate new leads. (Network, Door Knocking, Email/Cold Call)
  • Capable of and comfortable climbing ladders and walking on roofs for thorough inspection
  • Must have reliable and adequate transportation Work independently in field as a residential project manager (required training provided if necessary)
  • Attend sales location training and company online meetings
  • Minimum of 1 years of sales experience and sales track record
  • Job site management experience and keen attention to detail
  • Customer relationship management (CRM) software experience

Job expectations/duties:

  • Prompt arrival at all assigned company leads and adjuster meetings
  • Self-directed lead generation through canvassing and door knocking local businesses and homeowners
  • Perform follow-ups with leads and prospective customers
  • Daily software reporting and new customer entry for all related activities
  • Management and oversight of assigned jobs that are in progress
  • Communication with prospective and current customers
